Pichet Klunchun Dance Company (PKDC) invites you to experience No.60 "Unmasking tradition, without abandoning the soul of Thai classical dance."

1–2 July 2025 at 7:30 PM
Sodsai Pantoomkomol Center for Dramatic Arts, Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok
No.60 is a performance that dismantles and reweaves the knowledge of Thai classical dance — guided by reason, and a spirit unwilling to surrender to old frames.
Through this movement system distilled from 59 traditional poses, No.60 offers a new way of thinking that links the past with the future.
After over 20 years of research, Pichet Klunchun has translated the 59 foundational poses of Thai dance into a knowledge system called No.60 — grounded in six core principles and presented through hand-drawn diagrams, enabling everyone to engage with Thai dance through logic, not mysticism or ideological dogma.
Step into the dialogue between tradition and innovation — through a movement language that is both precise and tender.
No.60 is not just a performance. It’s a question: How do we move in a world that refuses to stand still?
